PREVENTOL® is a family of many products (more than one hundred). The "O Extra" variant is a preservative used in slurries, printing inks, graphite and ceramic glazes. Broad-spectrum of activity covering bacteria, yeasts, fungi and enveloped viruses.
Used by glaze manufacturers in Europe as a preservative. About 0.05% is used.
